We worked with Andy Fenner and Wesley Randles to produce Convivium 2018 which was a one day event filled with talks, workshops, walks and interactive tastings showcasing producers and food by some of the country’s best chefs and producers.
The vision for the event is to get people sharing ideas and techniques and as a result, we want to get people talking. It is — at its core — an opportunity to get people asking questions about our food industry and changing the way we think about food. This is a not-for-profit event and all produce and time is donated. All of the proceeds go towards investing in the industry and donating to selected charities.
