(Shake-shake biltong salad)

- 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Smokey Churrasco
- 1 baby cucumber
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 1 spring onion
- ¼ cup thinly sliced biltong
- 2 T Nando’s Original PERinaise
- 1 t Smokey Churrasco spice from the spice pack in the box
- Cut the cucumber into medium cubes and finely slice the spring onion.
- Place all the ingredients into the cooking bag, secure with a washing peg and shake well for ten seconds.
- Place the salad into a bowl and enjoy.
