(Cheesy tumble dryer chips)

INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Nando’s PERi-PERi Bag & Bake Smokey Churrasco
 - 1 small packet tomato Big Korn bites (or any chips of your choice)
 - 2 T cheese spread
 - 1 T Smokey Churrasco spice from the spice pack in the box
 - ½ avo
 - ½ lemon, juiced
 
METHOD
- Preheat the tumble dryer with one towel on the max heat setting.
 - Place all the ingredients into the cooking bag, fold the open end of the bag to secure a seal and staple to fasten.
 - Place the bag into the tumble dryer and cook for 10minute or until the cheese has melted.
 - While waiting for the cheese to melt, smash the avo and mix with some of the leftover Smokey Churrasco spice and the lemon juice to make a dip.
 - Tear open the bag, shake into a bowl, and enjoy with the avo dip.
 
TRADITIONAL METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
 - Place all the ingredients into the cooking bag, fold the open end of the bag to close
 - Place the bag into the oven and cook for 6 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove the bag from the oven (with oven gloves)every 2 minutes and shake to prevent clumps.
 - While waiting for the cheese to melt, smash the avo and mix with some of the leftover Smokey Churrasco spice and the lemon juice to make a dip.
 - Tear open the bag, shake into a bowl, and enjoy with the avo dip.
