DINE & DESIGN BANOFFEE PIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet Tennis Biscuits
  • 2 cans Caramel Treat
  • 500 ml cream
  • 6 bananas
  • 100's and 1000's for garnish
  • Grated chocolate for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish 

METHOD

  • In a 20 x 30 cm dish, cover the bottom of the dish with one layer of Tennis biscuits.
  • Spread the Caramel Treat on top of the biscuits in an even layer.
  • Slice the bananas into 8mm slices and pack tightly on top of the caramel.
  • Whip the cream to stiff peaks and layer on top of the bananas.
  • Set in the fridge overnight.
  • Garnish with 100's and 1000's, grated chocolate, and a cherry per serving.
